Flux is a virtual office where your team talks like it’s in the same room, from home, so the company rents fewer desks and everyone gets more time with their family.

The problem

  • Rent on every desk, used part of the week: about ₪1,740 a desk a month in Tel Aviv.
  • At home, reaching someone quickly is hard: type and wait for a reply, or wait to book a meeting.

The product

Your team’s room, open all day.

  • Rooms laid out like the org chart. See who’s in, and who’s talking.
  • Ask out loud, and everyone in the room hears it, the way they would across an office.
  • The rooms stay open, with your team already in them: walk in and talk, instead of setting up a meeting that’s gone when it ends.

  • Hallway conversations are context your AI agents never get. A transcribed room writes down what’s said there, so agents can act on it.

Business model

We sell capacity, not logins.

  • A seat is a place in a room, not a person: ₪40 a month. Free up to 5 seats.
  • Everyone signs in with the company’s SSO, at no charge. The invoice cannot be higher than the configured capacity budget.
  • One Tel Aviv desk’s rent pays for about 40 seats.

Market

We start with Israeli tech.

  • About 390,000 people in Israel, and 440,000 more abroad at Israeli companies.
  • At one ₪40 seat a person: ~₪190M a year in Israel, ~₪400M with their staff abroad.
  • Then the 48% of the world’s knowledge workers who are hybrid or remote.

Where we are

A working prototype.

  • Live on the internet since September 28, 2026, from a cloud region in Jerusalem.
  • Voice, video, screen sharing and live captions. Built since June 2026.
  • Mac and Android today, iPhone and Windows next, in Hebrew and English. Pre-revenue.

The ask

$1M for 18 months: hire sales and marketing, run production in Jerusalem, and ship billing, iPhone and Windows.
